Welcome to the mental health directory demonstration area

Thank you for your interest in our Mental Health Directories. A fully branded directory is available to Local Mind Associations, and this can be integrated into an existing website, or launched as an independent online resource.

You can view and explore the demonstration model by selecting the link shown to the left, or by using the menu option above. Please note that this is a working model, and therefore contains only limited data for demonstration purposes only. If you wish to explore the administration area, please contact us for online access.  Alternatively, we can put you in touch with a current LMA administrator.

We also recognise that most Mind branches have limited resources, so we have developed the following features to assist staff with the in-house management of the database:

• User-friendly content management system.
• Database preloaded with listings for major National contacts.
• Auto-emailling of update reminders to contacts held in the database.
• Users can submit listings via an online form for in-house approval and direct upload to the database.
• Telephone tutorial to get you started and a hard copy user guide.

Need to deliver a hardcopy directory?

For LMAs that need to deliver hardcopy, we also offer the Directory Publisher tool. This functionality creates a custom toolbar within Word which enables staff to specify whether they wish to compile and print the entire directory or select subject areas.  The latest content is then drawn down from the website database and compiled as a document within Word. During this process, the contents page and index are generated automatically, and the correct branding is applied throughout. Staff can then print this document in-house, or convert it to PDF for emailling to service users, clients, staff and other professionals as necessary.
